Please send the filled –in applications along with certificates and DD to
“Suvarna Karnataka Housing Co-operative Society Limited, Mysore",
KSRSAC, SJCE College Campus, JSS - PPH Building, E-Block,
Mysore – 570 006”.
You will be assigned an 11 digit Registration No. by the Suvarna Karnataka Housing Society. The Registration card will be sent to the address mentioned in the application form. You have to quote this registration no. in all your future correspondence with Suvarna Karnataka Housing Co-operative Society Limited.
Please make sure that your enclosures with the Three Pass Port Size Photos, Proof of Address and with the following Certificates if applicable along with the form.
a) When the applicant belongs to scheduled caste, scheduled tribe and backward tribe, a certificate from an officer of the social welfare officer or a Tahasildar, or a member of legislature or parliament or from a Gazette Government servant under whom he/she is employed.
b) When the applicant is a physically handicapped person, a certificate from a Government Doctor, not lower in rank than an Assistant Surgeon.
c) When the applications are invited under Society regulation, the applications shall be presented in person or sent by registered post Acknowledgement due so as to reach the office of the board on or before the date and time fixed for receipt of such applications. Applications received after the date and time so fixed shall be rejected.
d) The initial registration fee is non refundable except the Shares amount subject to the act and the Board Decisions.
ALLOTMENT STAGE
SUVARNA KARNATAKA HOUSING SOCIETY FOLLOWS THE STAGES OF PAYMENT MENTIONED BELOW:
In this scheme in addition to the registration fees AND Shares the applicant has to pay an Initial Deposit to be considered for allotment of a property after the successful Membership as follows with in a month from the date of Demand latter issued by the Suvarna Karnataka Housing Society. |
